"Patience" captures a horse and cowboy. It is a cropped depiction of the scene, highlighting the tack and tools of the trade. Specifically the cowboy's rope. He is wearing chinks and boots. This painting has an acrylic underpainting, with some detail on the top layer in oils. It is 36x24 on a gallery wrapped canvas. This piece was completed several years ago for a special showing in a Sacramento, California gallery, and tucked away after the show.
